Federal agents are now investigating the Department of Veterans Affairs for spending millions on conferences in Orlando.

It has been difficult for the agency to manage a budget for the new VA hospital in Orlando.

So far, the investigation has shown for two five-day conferences the VA spent millions of dollars and employees who came to Orlando may have received high-priced gifts.
